ABOUT
THE PROJECT
Project Type:
Design Concept
A bold exploration of form, texture, and light, this multi-level contemporary residence seamlessly blends sculptural geometry with tropical warmth. The architecture is defined by dynamic, asymmetrical canted frames that encase the windows and balconies, offering both visual depth and functional solar shading.
Key Features
Material Synergy: A tactile interplay of rugged stone cladding, rich wood-textured paneling, and clean plaster finishes that anchors the structure to its landscape.
Passive Climate Control: Modern, geometric jaali (perforated) screens and vertical louvers that enhance privacy while inviting natural ventilation and diffused daylight.
Biophilic Design: Integrated linear planter boxes along the facade and balconies that bring cascading greenery directly into the living spaces, softening the building's crisp, modern lines.
Architectural Crown: A striking, geometric rooftop pergola that punctuates the skyline and serves as a dramatic silhouette for the terrace lounge.
Cohesive Compound Wall: The ground-level boundary wall utilizes grooved concrete panels, dark wood inserts, and minimalist metal slats, establishing the design language right from the property line.
Typology: Contemporary Residential
Style: Tropical Modernism / Geometric Expressionism
