The facade is articulated with clean lines and geometric forms. Strategic fenestration, to create a balance between natural light ingress and privacy. The design integrates lush greenery, both at the street level and on the upper terrace, softening the architectural edges and enhancing the building's connection with nature. Planter boxes are incorporated into the compound wall, further blurring the lines between built and natural environments.
A prominent feature is the terrace space on the upper level, offering an outdoor extension to the interior living areas. The white louvered screens provide both aesthetic appeal and practical shading/privacy. The design presents a harmonious blend of functionality, modern aesthetics, and a subtle nod to biophilic design principles.
